need a new medical release form. If you have not turned one in
the for 2007-2008 year, please click here to
download a copy. It will need to be notarized and that can be
done in the church office. |

Meet at the church on Monday,
July 29th, at 9:30am. We will provide transportation to and from
the park. Lunch will be provided, but students will need money
for fast food dinner if they want to eat. We will be back at
the church at 7:00pm.
If you have a season pass, the cost is $5.00 to cover transportation
and lunch.
